I am based in Western Sydney, Australia, and offer worldwide shipping via Australia Post.

All products are handmade, so please refer to the shop banner for the most up-to-date turnaround time. Depending on order demand or the nature of the product, processing times may extend up to 4 weeks.

Shipping times can be affected by weather or other unforeseen delays, so please allow 2-6 weeks for domestic orders and 1-3 months for international orders.

Important Notes:

  • Shipping Delays & Damage: Hills Made is not responsible for any delays, damage, or lost mail. To track your delivery and ensure coverage for damaged or lost items, please opt for tracking when placing your order.

  • Address Accuracy: Double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to update your address, please contact me as soon as possible. Once an item has been shipped, I am unable to make any address changes.

  • Free Products: Occasionally, orders may include complimentary items.

  • Shipping Estimates: Shipping times are based on when the order is shipped, not when it is placed.

  • Business Days: Please note that business days exclude public holidays and weekends.

  • Customs Fees: International orders may incur customs fees, which are the responsibility of the customer. Hills Made has no control over these charges.
